Role: Use extensive research methodologies, to perform detailed research in your assigned field, analyze the gathered data, and present your findings. We are hoping to gather data to benefit The African Connection Inc and Namibian youth. We require research to draft communications that are both donor and community facing.
- Conduct detailed research of intended subject matter according to business needs
- Formulate effective and efficient research processes
- Design surveys, questionnaires, polls, etc. specific to research requirements
- Test research methodologies to confirm intended purpose of evaluation
- Utilize various professional sources to find and extract pertinent information
In cooperation with the Director of Development, the volunteer will gather information to assist with sharing the economic and employment environment in Namibia. With this information we will also collect information from our participants to support the services we provide in Namibia.

Description
The African Connection plans to continue to grow our social media platforms and increase capacity for our resume and cover letter programs to include interview support. We have doubled our volunteer team and added professionals to develop our organization’s programming, data collection and fundraising. Through this investment, we plan to host more webinars, increase organizational and institutional outreach and collaborations, and create strategic partnerships to further our impact on Namibian youth.
