We are in need of additional experienced Board of Directors; we are looking for a diverse pool of potential, accomplished and energetic candidates of any background for our Board of Directors /Trustees, who are inspired by our mission. We expect potential candidates to bring an understanding of nonprofit governance, fundraising, finance, communication and a commitment to the expansion and long-term sustainability of Scion Trust and its mission.
Required qualifications:
a) servant leadership, positive attitude, and interest to transform livelihoods in sustainable ecosystems while learning from different cultures in East Africa
b) Ability to outreach, network, connect and fundraise. Previous experience in another charity will be an added advantage
