As a Service to Armed Forces Hero Network Regional Family Follow up Caseworker you will support and assist with the full range of client services to military members, veterans, and their families, The scope of this work would include: emergency communications; information and referral; access to financial assistance; and family follow-up services.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain strict confidentiality of any case notes, names and other personal information in accordance with Red Cross policies
* Interview callers.
* Make follow-up calls to military members and/or families.
* Acquire a working knowledge of local, state and federal resources aiding military members, families, and veterans
* Maintain professionalism and conduct as stated in the American Red Cross policy.
Location:
Provide service at the Chapter or Hero Care Network Center
Time Commitment:
Flexible, with a scheduled commitment
