Do you want to share your story? It can help others!

We are seeking people who have a story of struggle with overusing video games, social media, or other technology that want to help others in need. The story can be about you, or about someone you know.

For this volunteer position: You will meet with one of our professionals and have a conversation about your experiences. The conversation will be shared to inspire others who may be struggling too.

During COVID-19, we as a society are more dependent on technology than ever before. Some of it good, but some of it not so good. Many are suffering with addiction to video games, social media, or other technology and they feel alone in their struggles.
If you or someone you know has asked themselves "Am I doing this too much?" and want to share your story and experience with others to help them feel less isolated in a COVID-19 world, we are here to support you and give you a platform to help.

Reboot & Recover is a nonprofit organization who's mission is to provide solutions for balanced living in a technology driven world. R&R strives on helping others know they are not alone, that help is available, and that they can live their best lives.
