Respite visiting St. Joseph
Rural Stearns Faith in Action
Assumption Community Faith in Action is seeking a respite visitor for an elderly women in St. Joseph who lives alone. She enjoys chatting and doing activities together. Some small chores or meal prep would be appreciated but companionship is her primary need. She is accompanied by one lovable little dog who wouldn't mind going on for a brief walk as well. Please reach out if you would be able to devote a couple hours a week or every other week to visiting with this women. Flexible schedule.

Description
Our program volunteers serve seniors and people with difficult life situations living in the rural communities of Stearns County with the ultimate goal of keeping people in their homes as long as possible. We do this through offering transportation, homemaking, chore services, home modification/repair, friendly visiting, respite care, and the list goes on.
