ORGANIZATION: JEWISH HOME FOR THE AGING OF ORANGE COUNTY dba Heritage Pointe

Do you play piano, sing, juggle or have the most adorable pet turtle? We want to see! Residents at Heritage Pointe, a senior assisted living and memory care community in Mission Viejo, California is looking for your videos! Do you belong to a teen band or pottery class? Maybe you took up tap dancing this summer? Show us!

We're looking for an informal home video from you! Residents have been away from families and friends and would love a short cheery video from your heart. Introduce yourself (first name only) and entertain or educate us for around 5 minutes! Tip: You can record yourself on Zoom and send it directly to ResidentLove@HeritagePointe.org.

Zoom or YouTube Presentation Ideas:

Teach us something you know/something you are studying
Tell us about your job
Teach us a game
Show us your favorite hobby
Read a favorite poem or book passage
Talk about a favorite author or poet
Share pet photos and some fun info about them!

Upload your video to YouTube (feel free to mark it unlisted), or send it by email (ResidentLove@HeritagePointe.org)

We will gather videos from volunteers every week and show them on our in-house closed circuit TV channel that goes to every Resident apartment.

All video creators are eligible for community service hours when requested.
