ESL Class Teacher (Intermediate Level)

ORGANIZATION: LEARNING FOR ALL

Learning for ALL is looking for volunteer teachers for our two Intermediate English as a Second Language (ESL) classes. Due to the pandemic, these classes will be held on Zoom. Intermediate classes will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays at the times listed above. We currently have one teacher teaching both classes, but it would be fine for a volunteer to only take the morning or afternoon class. Teachers will be provided with an orientation and online curriculum prior to starting the class. The class will run from January 4th to May 23rd of 2021.

2 Shifts

  • morning / 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM
  • afternoon / 01:00 PM to 02:30 PM

Learning for ALL is an organization founded by passionate individuals who have spent years working to help adults achieve their goals in Omaha and the surrounding areas. We are our students’ supporters, educators and advocates. Learning for ALL offers learning opportunities with the schedule flexibility, pace of curriculum, one-on-one support and family like environment that these students need to achieve their goals. We offer group classes in English as a Second Language, Adult Basic Education (ABE), and General Education Diploma (GED). One on one tutoring is also available. All services are offered to students free of charge.
