APPLICATIONS RECEIVED THROUGH VOLUNTEERMATCH WILL NOT BE READ.] Education for All Foundation (@efaglobal) is recruiting passionate and creative student volunteers skilled at graphic design. Engage with EFA’s followers and subscribers by planning, designing, or editing online media such as infographics and designs. Our Graphic Designers create attractive and impactful visual content that is delivered to EFA’s social media audiences in their final form. In this position, Graphic Designers work very closely with EFA’s Digital Artists, where they help finalize and prepare the posts that go up on our social media platforms being Instagram, Medium, Facebook, and much more. Join our team to turn our content on education and poverty alleviation into full-colour and form.
The prerequisites are as followed:
- Ability to use Adobe XD or quickly adapt to it
- Previous experience with Adobe (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Experience in flyer or web design; overall graphic design skills
- The ability to express creativity, effective communication skills, and open-mindedness
- A 1-10 piece portfolio submitted in the initial application
- Ability to use Adobe XD or quickly adapt to it
- Not a requirement, but encouraged: Familiar with website design through Wix.

Mission Statement
Education For All Foundation (EFA) consists of a group of high school students who strongly believe in the merits of educational equity. EFA offers life-changing opportunities to underprivileged children by providing free, online English lessons to impoverished schools. Learning English is a valuable opportunity for students in unfortunate circumstances to engage with the western world and alleviate poverty.
Description
EFA’s team of high school students embody our mission to provide quality education to underserved students who lack access to educational resources. Since July of 2018, we have expanded to four schools in rural China and taught bi-weekly lessons to over 500+ rural students across the Ningxia, Jiangxi, Inner Mongolia, and Chongqing provinces. We have raised over $13k USD in scholarship and classroom necessity funds and are recognized by the City of Irvine for our contribution to education in impoverished communities. EFA’s progressive curriculum utilizes modern technology to enhance overall teaching quality. Our funding from local partnering businesses enables us to further our impact.
