Volunteers are needed at local soup kitchen to assist in monitoring outside designated areas to assure that the homeless have a clean and safe environment. Training is provided. This is an opportunity to interact with and assist the homeless in meaningful ways.

2 Shifts

  • morning / 08:30 AM to 11:30 AM
    Will provide training
  • afternoon / 12:00 PM to 03:00 PM

Mary's Kitchen is a homeless day shelter that provides basic services to those in need. We have been serving the City of Orange since 1984 and keep expanding the range of our service and support to continually provide comfort to the needy.

  • Weekly opportunity: Monday - Friday (choose one day or multiple days each week); Two daily shifts 8:30am - 11:30am and 12:00pm to 3:00pm.
  • Some background with the homeless preferred but not required. People skills essential.
