We are in search of football & cheer coaches that are passionate about teaching the fundamentals of the sport and will sustain the culture of building high character youth athletes.
As a Yellow Jacket`s coach, you will be responsible for the development of youth athletes, from the beginner stage to the advance level. Our main purpose is to set a strong foundation for athletes to be able to continue to build upon as they get ready to enter middle and high school sports.
Duties: * Maintain a safe environment. * Instill the Core Values and uphold the Code of Excellence * Teach proper techniques for tackling, blocking, and specific positions. * Create a competitive environment while building team camaraderie. * Create and execute practice/game plans.
