About the Volunteer Opportunity

We are a nonprofit immigration company. We offer low-cost immigration services to the local community and nationwide. The types of services we offer are Asylum, Refugees, Green Cards, Employment Visa, Investment Visa, DACA, Family-Based Visa, Marriage Visa, Citizenships, Deportation, cancelation of removals, and more. We also are starting to help provide support for other social services needs for women who have been victims of domestic violence and children who are victims of trafficking, sexual, and mental abuse. We work hand in hand with the county and state providing placement, treatment, and relocation back into the community. We have a team of staff members that are from different countries. We are an organization that people trust and rely on. Having knowledge of languages other than English is a plus but not mandatory. Responsibilities

We process many different types of visas like family-based, employment-based, business-based, cancellation of removals, deportation procedures, and citizenship-based visas nationwide. The candidate must be efficient in filling out forms in either some or all of the visa types.
This candidate will help do the clients form filings, screenings, communicate directly with clients, prepare applications/petitions, work closely with USCIS, assist in off-property seminars and presentations, and help with cultivating community awareness for immigration with directors. Job Details

We would prefer that you work on location at our office, but we would consider remote volunteering under the right circumstances.

You must submit your resume along with your proof of eligibility to work in the USA and specify which area of immigration you have the most concentration of expertise in. We also require that you provide us with your annual salary request in your cover letter.

Work Environment

The whole staff is comprised of people who at some point went through the immigration process and/or who have a PASSION to help people in need and who are dedicated to ensuring accurate preparation of all documents provided to USCIS for our clients.

We work in a relaxed and family-oriented environment.

We have just opened up our local Pembroke Pines office to serve all of South Florida and beyond. There are great opportunities for advancement in management.
