ReThink Theatrical seeks a Director of Communications to begin work with the organization in January 2021. The Director of Communications is responsible for managing and directing the organization's internal and external communications including the supervision of public relations staff and creation of communication strategies. The Director of Communications is a member of the Executive Staff Team of the organization, and is responsible for telling the story of ReThink Theatrical through our public-facing platforms. They must efficiently and effectively communicate our history, our mission, and our values to the public.

REQUIREMENTS
When we are not in production of a show we average about 3 - 5 hours per week. When we are production we can increase to 10+ hours per week (particularly during technical weeks and performance weekends)
All scheduling is extremely flexible.
- Self-starter
- Time management skills
- Unafraid to ask questions when things are unclear/new
- Access to personal laptop/computer
- Proficiency in English (ability to speak other languages is a plus)
