  • Each class is taught by two co-teachers.
  • Course content is scripted and will be provided. Instructors read material, present videos, and facilitate group discussions.
  • 8-week commitment typically once per year. Classes meet for 2 hours each week for 8 weeks.
  • A weekend training is required.
We have virtual and in-person opportunities!

NAMI, The National Alliance on Mental Illness, is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI started with a small group of families in 1979 and has grown to include more than 500 local affiliates. NAMI of Delaware and Morrow Counties is one of those affiliates and we provide support groups, classes and presentations in order to spread awareness about mental health and decrease the stigma associated with mental illness.
