Sharing Tree is a metro-area nonprofit that serves families in need by providing a no-cost, dignified shopping experience. Our facility is stocked with clothing, household items and basic necessities, and it’s laid out like a department store where visitors can "shop" year-round. Most of the goods are donated, the store is staffed and stocked by volunteers, and all clients are referred by one of our partner agencies.

We want to thank you for spending your time with us. When you are sorting clothing, it may feel like a small thing, but it plays a big role in the ways we offer dignity to our clients. Choosing from high-quality items that clients like and feel confident in is a powerful experience for those in need.

This act of sorting clothes will go on to impact many people. From people who have lost their home, to those who are moving into a home after an extended period of homelessness, to a child who needs warm clothing for Christmas but their parents can’t afford it, this clothing is a small thing that makes a big difference.

We are in need of an adult clothing department head who can lead the charge of sorting and stocking clothing for adults. We need someone who has an interest in fashion, an eye for detail, and loves organization. Most of all we need someone who cares for other people.
