Reports To: People Team Lead
Job Overview:
Our Talent Acquisition Specialists contribute to seeking out qualified candidates for various positions across LANFest.
Our Talent Acquisition Specialists will have to:
Liaise with various other Team Leads to ensure accurate job descriptions
Ensure job posting
Screen out applicants
Reply to our candidates and plan recruitment interviews
Conduct recruitment interviews
Communicate and coordinate your activities with our Onboarding specialists
You will have to stay highly organized and make sure our information system is up-to-date.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Create and post Job Descriptions on various websites
- Follow up with applicants
- Interview job applicants
- Help schedule interview times
- Attend team meetings Saturdays at 8:30am (PST)
Qualifications and Profile:
- High School Diploma (at least), Human Resources Management Bachelor Degree preferred
- Speak and read english
- Upbeat Attitude
- Self-starter
- Willingness to grow as an individual and to have a positive impact
- HR Degree, HR background or keen interest in recruitment would be highly appreciated
- Interest in video games is a huge plus
