ORGANIZATION: NAMI Mid-Ohio

We at the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) of Delaware and Morrow Counties are looking for people who know their technology. We need help producing during our presentations and classes by sharing screens, switching slides, playing videos, and the OWL! You will be in control of our technology while we present material online via Zoom, etc You can do this remotely or use our office space! Your assistance will allow our facilitators and leaders to focus on their job of presenting and supporting participants. We need your help to make the most impact!

Producers allow for our presenters to get the information and support to our participants without the distraction of malfunctioning technology. Our participants are seeking support and knowledge during a difficult time in their lives. Producers allow for the focus to be on the participants needs and not on technology.

Our Goals

We advocate at the county, state and national levels for non-discriminatory access to quality healthcare, housing , education and employment for people with mental illness.

  • Advocate for increased funding for research into the causes and treatment of mental illness.

We offer educational classes and support groups for people living with mental illness and their families and friends.
