We are a non-profit animal rescue that works with lots of different species of animals. We work primarily based on a network of fosters, but, we do have a need for support at our primary intake location and sanctuary where we have animals residing.
We work primarily with cats, small mammals (rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, etc.), birds, tortoises, other reptiles and occasionally dogs. You do not have to be comfortable interacting with all of these types of animals, if you want to volunteer for only one species, that is okay.
Volunteer help is needed with the following tasks:
- Cleaning animal living areas
- Feeding/basic grooming (brushing, baths, etc.)
- Socializing, interacting and supervising exercise activities with animals to provide them with enrichment and get them ready for adoption
More opportunities with ONE LOVE ANIMAL RESCUE AND SANCTUARY
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.

Description
The concept of "One Love" is an expression of universal love, care and respect for all living beings. Here at One Love Animal Rescue and Sanctuary, we practice this concept by taking in a variety of different species of animals (dogs, cats, birds, reptiles and more) who, for a variety of reasons, may need some extra love and attention. We have a team of dedicated and experienced fosters who accept and appreciate the animals in our care as the unique and special individuals they are. We help them to overcome any trauma, medical or behavioral issues they may have prior to finding them a special forever home where they will be able to live their best life.
