Our New and Emerging Ministry Leader apprenticeship was designed to develop individuals with no ministry experience that are passionate about serving the local church. A 14-month program offering significant hand-on ministry experience, leadership experience, weekly training, and mentorship from the Lead Pastor and local seasoned church leaders.

Who Is It For?

• Those stepping into leadership for the first time.
• Those who love to share the Gospel of Jesus Christ.
• Those who think they're called to serve the local church.

We desire to develop ministry leaders for the local church: men and women who have a passion for reaching this world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ. This is more than an internship. You'll operate as a member of the Glee Church staff, and be given significant ministry responsibility.

Through this apprenticeship, you’ll be taught how to lead in a variety of roles within the church. We will help you discover gifts and will fine tune your skills as effective preachers/teachers.

Please note that this internship is unpaid. The program was designed for individuals with no ministry experience. Individuals with current ministry titles must be aware their title (Minister, Pastor, Elder, etc.) will not be used at Glee Church during this program.

School credit is available for those who are interested. We will partner with your school to help you meet requirements. (This role schedule is flexible with ability to work remotely, with the exception to a weekly team meeting at the office and Sunday serving responsibilities doing services.)
