Games For Love is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit organization that works to ease suffering, save lives, and create sustainable futures for children. We believe in the concept of "distraction therapy" and bring the joy of gaming into the lives of our junior gamers in hospitals around the country. We plan to help 10 million kids in the next 5 years. We have a healthy ecosystem to achieve that goal with your intelligent contribution.

We are looking for volunteers who want to join us in our commitment to bring video gaming and tech together to make a positive impact in children's lives.

Responsibilities:

1. Recruiting volunteers for operational and technical roles
2. Hosting virtual job/service fairs
3. Assists with the onboarding of new volunteers
4. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc
5. Screen candidates' resumes and job applications
6. Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
7. Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications

Requirements:

1. Able to donate approx. 5 hrs. a week
2. Proficient in Google Suite
3. Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, etc)
4. Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
5. Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
6. Discord experience is a plus
7. Sincron experience is a plus
8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
9. Strong decision-making skills
