As a Production Leader, you’re tasked with ensuring the production quality of our worship services, whether that be online or in-person. Additionally, you will prepare our recorded services for publication on our various media platforms.
The Work:
- You'll develop leadership skills by leading the production team (Audio, Lighting/Visuals Technicians)
- You'll develop collaboration skills by working alongside the Worship & Band Leader to achieve a superior worship experience both online and in-person.
- You'll gain experience in planning production elements (lights, staging, audio and video recording) for weekly worship services.
It Would Rock If You:
- Enjoy working with others.
- Have and understanding of photography and video editing.
- Have a desire to learn and expand your understanding of lighting, stage management, and presentation.
