As the Glee Kidz Leader, you’re tasked with managing Glee Church’s childcare division and presenting Christian teachings in a way that is accessible to children from a wide age range.
The Work:
- You’ll be recruiting, training, managing, and leading Glee Kidz Volunteers and team members
- You’ll be managing the Glee Kidz curriculum
- You’ll be creating worship activities for kids and students by age range
- You’ll be providing childcare for Glee Groups and serve days
- You’ll be monitoring certifications for volunteers
It would rock if you:
We’re looking for an energetic and creative individual with a nurturer’s mindset. Experience in childcare/education and a love of children is a must. Additionally, proficiency communication, management, and public speaking are all great perks.
School credit is available for those who are interested. We will partner with your school to help you meet requirements. (This role schedule is flexible with ability to work remotely, with the exception to a weekly team meeting at the office and Sunday serving responsibilities doing services.)

Our church simply started with a vision to create a place where people can experience love! To create a place where everyone is empowered to be their true self. Creating a place where ultimately the love of Christ is reaching people.
