ORGANIZATION: OPEN ARMS FOOD PANTRY & RESOURCE CENTER
Our agencies volunteer efforts entail sorting, bagging and stocking disaster relief donations to distribute to the clients we service monthly. We need volunteers (preferably with military or veteran background) that have great organizational skills, can work flexible schedule, likes to interact with the community during our events and positive attitude.
We welcome all. We kindly ask that if a volunteer has a physical disability to please let us know beforehand so that we can make accommodations for them.
All volunteers receive free donations of product we have and all donations are in new unused condition consisting of essentials and household goods.

Our mission is to commit to assisting Southern California Residents who are challenged with Unemployment, Displaced Workers, Homelessness, Veterans challenged with PTSD, those who are Disabled & Transitional Age Youth (T.A.Y).
We provide a helping hand to those who need it the most. Open Arms Food Pantries team gives to over 500+ families monthly essentials not limited to: diapers, hygiene kits, household essentials, formula, vegetables, fruits, can goods, detergent, paper goods, blankets, meal gift cards and more.
