Position Summary: Looking for social media manager to support our social media team and handle our social media deliverables and cadence

Qualification Required :

• Must have prior experience (2+ years) in managing a social media team
• Must have demonstrated experience in expanding organization’s target audience base through social media
• Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video) using Canva
• General knowledge of online marketing channels including but not restricted to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn

Essential Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement and manage our social media strategy and campaigns, along with the social media marketing lead
• Manage all the social media profiles, publish content, reply to comments, analyse KPIs and communicate to the entire team whenever new content is published.
• Hire and work with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative, appealing and delivered timely

Other Requirements :

• Accessibility to Computer/Laptop, Good network internet connection and familiarity with social media platforms in specific WhatsApp and Skype
• Must be an excellent communicator with the ability to work in a virtual setting
• Must be able to collaborate and motivate team to deliver results
• Must be able to dedicate specific timing to publish content on social media platforms
• Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Must have a passion for building and growing relationships
• High professional standards, including integrity, accuracy and attention to detail
• Creative and analytical thinking
• Great leadership skills
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
