- Vitalant volunteers will assist the donor recruitment team to encourage blood donors to schedule an appointment at upcoming community blood drives.
- All volunteers will be provided with a designated workspace for each shift to call Vitalant donors and make appointments for community blood drives.
- Vitalant volunteers will assist with various community blood drives around Southern Nevada by assisting donors at check-in and providing refreshments post-blood donation to donors.

Description
Vitalant ("Vye-TAL-ent") is the nation’s largest independent, nonprofit blood services provider exclusively focused on providing lifesaving blood and comprehensive transfusion medicine services for about 900 hospitals and their patients across the U.S. Every day, Vitalant needs to collect about 5,300 blood, platelet and plasma donations to help save lives.
