Senior Ride Sumner provides an affordable, assisted ride service that pairs a senior who needs a ride with a volunteer who can give one. Rides currently are provided to Hendersonville and Gallatin Seniors who are 60+ and who no longer drive. We provide transportation to Goodlettsville, Hendersonville and Gallatin at this time. This program is relatively new and has plans to continue to expand in the future. Volunteers use their own vehicles and choose their own times that they volunteer. We currently have rides Monday through Thursday 9am-4pm that volunteers can sign up for once they complete their volunteer training and pass a background & driving record check.
