Onboarding Specialist
Reports To: People Team Lead
Job Overview: A LANFest Onboarding Specialist helps track new voluntzeers and staff members and their journey on becoming fully integrated within the organization. A successful Onboarding Specialist knows how to keep track of all new staff members/volunteers and keeps in contact with them providing support for any needs they may have.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Ensure proper documents are signed.
- Ensure proper access to secure materials are given.
- Provide access to proper training materials.
- Attend weekly People Team meetings.
- Liaise with other Teams to ensure smooth transition of a new team member.
Qualifications:
- Speak, write, and type in English
- Available internet connection
- Positive attitude
- Able to meet Saturdays at 8:30 am (PST)
