Provide excellent and enthusiastic customer service to enhance the blood donor experience. Engage with blood donors to promote blood donation and set the stage for a long-term commitment to regular blood donations. Express gratitude and ensure each blood donor is sincerely thanked for their donation.
People who are fully recovered from a verified COVID-19 diagnosis may contain COVID-19 antibodies in their blood that can attack the virus. This convalescent plasma is being evaluated as a possible treatment for currently ill COVID-19 patients, so their donation could help save the lives of patients battling this disease!
