GPS is looking for individuals with a passion for golf and a love for impacting kids futures. Once schools get back in full swing, we will be sending 2 man coaching teams into the public schools to introduce students to the life lessons and lifelong benefits of golf. This is a perfect position for a retired public school or private school teacher with a passion for golf. We are a non-profit with a proven system of teaching golf (over 30,500 students taught in the gymnasiums in the last 5 years). Do you see yourself making a positive impact on children and families' lives while using and growing your ability to teach golf? Then visit www.golfps.org and contact email@example.com. No golf teaching certificate necessary. We will train you. If/when we get funding this could become a paid position. You will also get golf privileges at Sun City Country Club!

About GOLF PROGRAM IN SCHOOLS INC
9433 N 107TH AVE, SUN CITY, AZ 85351, US
To provide every 5-9 grade student valuable life lessons through an introduction to the game of golf. We aim to build student confidence, promote physical and mental fitness and provide information about golf that can lead to college scholarships, launch careers, and identify the benefits of golf that can be enjoyed for a lifetime.
Golf Program in Schools (GPS)- Our inclusive, award winning program is helping students find their right P.A.T.H. through golf and empowering them to reach their highest potential! We emphasize P.A.T.H: Persistence, Achievement, Trustworthiness and Healthy lifestyle to help students find their way as they navigate through the challenges of growing up. By being part of the school curriculum we reach every student in their p/e class crossing all socio-economic limitations at no cost to the student or the school. The class includes a golf course field trip so students can experience the country club environment and practice on the green grass. Completion of the course allows students to play free golf with a paying adult until they graduate high school. An important life lesson we teach is to develop your skill level to equal your talent level and you will be a happy and productive person.
