Provide excellent customer service to enhance the blood donor
experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Willingness to support Red Cross Mission
  • Donor Receptionists welcome donors, help check in donor, distribute required reading material, and maintain a smooth donor flow
  • Offer refreshments to donors, alert the collection staff if a donor needs assistance and thanks the donor for their donation
  • Ensure donors have a positive experience

Time Commitment: Two to six hours depending on length of blood drive.
