IVO's mission is to create healthy communities free of animal suffering. We take a One Health approach to develop and implement sustainable veterinary services and training programs in economically disadvantaged communities worldwide. We are currently seeking animal-loving, motivated, and dedicated volunteers to join our Board of Directors and help join the fight to end animal suffering on a global scale!

We are a volunteer-run organization and have a "working Board" which requires each working board member to actively participate in at least one committee (governance, marketing, fundraising, grant writing, programming, etc.) and dedicate at least 3 productive hours/week to IVO's mission.

We are currently seeking board members with strong backgrounds in philanthropy, fund development, animal health industry, tech, and financial management.
