FITA Intake Specialist

JCUW FITA Intake/Interview specialist will meet with the clients to review documentation for accuracy and completion. This role ensures a quality return by confirming the tax preparer has everything they need to prepare the return. The Intake specialist is a part of the FITA team that is made up entirely of volunteers and helps on average 500+ clients each tax season to claim their entire tax refund, putting $600,000 back into the community each season.
This is an ONSITE position. To participate, you must live in or around Jackson County, Indiana, USA.

08:00 AM to 07:00 PM
This position will be most needed on weekends when the bulk of tax intake will happen.
