ORGANIZATION: COMMUNITY ACTION AGENCY OF BUTTE COUNTY INC

The volunteers in this position will answer the phones and provide general clerical support to the Community Action Agency of Butte County (CAA) team. They will help volunteers and other callers find the information so that we can all work together to best serve those facing food insecurity.
As the reception / clerical volunteer at the North State Food Bank, you will help support the organization by:

  • Answering the phone
  • Helping to answer questions and direct callers to accurate information and/or appropriate team member
  • Support the CAA team through administrative tasks, as needed
  • Help with monthly inventory

Qualifications / Skills needed
  • Be able to follow basic instructions
  • Must be reliable
  • Report to the Agency neatly groomed and wear clothing that is professional, safe and appropriate for the employee's position
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
