Support blood drives and patients in need from the comfort of your home!
Blood drive administrative volunteers are needed to welcome new volunteers that will be volunteering at the Blood Donation Center or at blood drives throughout the community. They ensure new team members have a great experience joining the team!
From home, blood drive administrative volunteers ensure that new volunteers are interviewed, placed in a position, receive department overview, are introduced to their supervisor, and are assigned their training. They also help to make calls to help volunteers schedule their first shift to support blood drives.
Time Commitment: 3 hours/week
Requirements: Must have access to a phone/computer at home, basic computer skills, experience in onboarding and training team members and experience providing orientation/training is recommended
