We know that this year is unlike any other that we have experienced and as such we are pivoting our 2021 Great Chefs of the West (GCW) to be an exciting new event this year, to not only support the vital work of the National Kidney Foundation but also to support the restaurants that have so generously supported us in the past.
The 2021 GCW Committee has the unique opportunity to be a part of the reimagined event and we need your help now more than ever. We will have lots of different and unique opportunities to engage with us and work on various aspects of this event from the comfort and safety of your own home.
We will be hosting our first virtual GCW Committee Zoom meeting on
Thursday, December 3rd
Learn more about the new direction of the event, meet fellow volunteers and find out how you can help make the event a success. Please invite friends, co-workers, family members etc. that you think might enjoy this volunteer opportunity as well!
Reach out to Danielle Otsuka at Danielle.Otsuka@kidney.org or 720-748-9991 ext. 451 by December 1st to learn more about the event and to receive information on how to join us for our first virtual meeting!
Here at The National Kidney Foundation Serving Colorado, we have been working diligently throughout the pandemic to continue providing resources and programs for residents in our community. Did you know that people with kidney disease and transplant recipients are at higher risk for developing serious complications from COVID-19? Kidney patients, their families and caregivers need your support now more than ever.
No additional volunteer opportunities at this time.
