Job Description
We work with volunteers, such as yourself, and like to show our appreciation and encourage each other. As a Volunteer Engagement Coordinator, you would be responsible for keeping up with logged volunteer hours, be mindful of milestones volunteers have reached, encourage the team, and create digital graphics/posts/certificates/rewards/emails for those purposes. This position is ideal for a kind and caring person that has a sunny disposition and loves to cheer people on.
Requirements
- Have a friendly and encouraging attitude and presence.
- Good presentation skills and highly communicative
- 3 hours each week
- Should have a HR mentality
- Attend virtual weekly team meetings
Responsibilities
- Create engaging and encouraging posts, emails, and digital graphics
- Keep up with volunteers who meet milestones
- Send out congratulation and reward emails and announcements
- Delivering weekly updates to the DOO
- Help create small fun events during zoom meetings
