Free Range Health is a small nonprofit operating in WA State.
Adapting our technology and programs during the COVID pandemic has allowed our organization to evolve and become even more focused on achieving our mission and long-term goals. While this is very good for the organization, it means that our current website and messaging is now out of date.
Our org sits in a niche at the intersection of several different industries and professional skills sets that are unfamiliar to the average person. This means our messaging and content must do A LOT of heavy lifting to educate potential donors and communities BEFORE we can begin to connect with them about our actual mission and solutions.
The successful candidate will work with the executive director to craft a comprehensive integrated marketing strategy that utilizes our existing resources and technology to create compelling experiences for each of our major stakeholder groups.
You will need to be able to quickly understand the capabilities of our current technology platform to recommend the freshest cloud-based online-marketing best practices as part of our strategic plan. An additional plus would be familiarity with nonprofit marketing and fundraising, and an even better plus would be familiarity with acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine.
You will be asked to:
* Help craft stakeholder personas with cohesive automated journeys
* Help refine and update brand messaging
* Help create a new website strategy
* Help design an inbound marketing strategy
* Help to plan a first year evergreen content calendar and publishing schedule
* Provide content creation support and guidance
* Recommend other areas you feel we should address as part of this process

Mission Statement
Free Range Health provides low-cost mobile integrative health care to underserved individuals and communities.
Description
Free Range Health seeks to overcome many of the mobility challenges that face underserved individuals and communities. Our decentralized model of health care delivery benefits seniors, homebound individuals and caregivers, rural communities, and native communities.
We currently operate low-cost community acupuncture clinics in 4 senior centers throughout Snohomish County in Washington. Many of our patients do not drive and are living on fixed incomes. Seeking out private acupuncture services would be physically and financially beyond their reach.
We are also working to expand our in-home services for homebound patients and their caregivers. This meets the needs of patients who are unable to leave their home due to disability or illness. For homes with patients on hospice or patients with severe disabilities, we often treat the caregivers at the same time. By providing treatments to caregivers and other members of the household, we are able to improve the quality of life of the whole family.
We are a small organization, but we are growing rapidly. We are currently seeking to expand our services throughout Washington State in the short term and to other states in the longterm.
