Unity Care is looking for a Donation Coordinator to assist with the processing, handling, and organizing of donations received during our Holiday Helpers campaign. This is a great opportunity for an individual looking to get back into the workforce or a retired professional. We are flexible and will work with your availability Monday - Fridays anytime between 9am-5pm.
We need you help with:
- Monitoring donations from corporate donations sites, community partners and individual donors
- Tracking and logging of donations/gifts in to Salesforce
- Coordinating donation pick-ups & drop-offs
- Ensuring gifts are downloaded, tracked, acknowledged and reported accurately
Skills Needed :
- Former coordination experience preferred but not necessary (willing to train)
- Organized and details oriented
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task
- Positive can-do attitude!
