Spanish Speaking Volunteers needed in Santa Cruz County
Some of our hospice patients need volunteers who they can share and connect with in their native language. As a Bridge Hospice Volunteer, you can make a difference in the life of someone who needs your gift of speech to communicate their needs.
Spending time with our patients once or twice a week, sharing stories and providing a warm friendly visit can make all the difference in his/her life. It's a wonderful way to honor those in need of companionship and a way to give back to your community.
*If you or anyone you know meet the requirements for this opportunity, please contact the Volunteer Coordinator, Lori McVicar.

To provide quality care for patients facing a life limiting illness and to support their loved ones. Our vision is to exceed the expectations of patients and their families by providing outstanding care, comfort and dignity through physical, emotional and spiritual support.
Bridge Hospice provides comfort and support compassionately to patients and their families when a life limiting illness no longer responds to cure-oriented treatment. Our interdisciplinary approach is designed to manage all symptoms related to end stage illnesses, including pain, wound and respiratory management, while attending to the patient's physical, psychosocial and spiritual needs as well. We currently serve hospice patients throughout Monterey, Santa Cruz, and San Benito Counties. Our office is located in Salinas, California.
We'll work with your schedule.
