Christmas Cards for Hospice Patients

This is a hard time of year for Hospice patients. When people come to us for hospice services, it is with the understanding that they have no more than 6 months of life remaining. Some times they pass quickly. Others stay on our care for longer than those six months. Many of our dear patients (those in facilities) have been unable to see family members and friends in person since March (when everything shut down due to COVID19). We would like to spread some holiday cheer by sending each patient several cards.

Cards do not need to be in envelopes, but they can be if you so choose. If they are in envelopes, please leave the envelopes unsealed so that we can appropriately match each card with a patient. Multiple cards may be sent together in one mailer. We currently have 50-60 patients, all adults ranging in age from 60 to 102.

We'd like to receive all cards by December 11, 2020 so we have time to sort them and distribute them to each patient.
