As a Mentor Program Manager, you will be engaging directly with students and mentors next summer during our annual Spark Program. This program particularly focuses on students from under resourced communities, allowing them the opportunity to grow through personalized projects and mentorship.

Close the Gap is a 100% volunteer-based organization dedicated to creating a future of equitable opportunities for low-income students and professionals. Founded in 2018 by a group of Silicon Valley, like-minded professionals, Close the Gap focuses on mentorship, workshops, project-based learning, financial/resource assistance, and awarding scholarships.
