Willis Dady is looking to follow-up with former clients. Volunteers are vital to this task because there is no staff dedicated specifically to this program. Volunteers will ask former clients to complete a survey that gauges their satisfaction and current housing, employment, and income situation. The information collected is essential to better our programs and to report statistics for grants.
Responsibilities include contacting former clients through phone numbers. During the follow-up, the volunteer will fill out an online survey.

Our goal is to help as many struggling people as possible to avoid needing shelter altogether, and for those who do enter shelter to help move them into permanent housing as quickly as possible.
