Be a Friend to a 20 year old man with disabilities whose ideal day is exploring the city!

ORGANIZATION: Jewish Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Boston

Noah is a 20 year old man with autism spectrum disorder who is waiting to be matched with a male friend between the ages of 21-35. Noah lives with his family and is completing a post high school program. Until COVID, he worked part-time at a local market and participated in doing volunteer work in the community. He enjoys playing tennis, taking walks, taking the bus/trolley to explore new areas in the city, and hanging out with his close family. He is very adept at using zoom!

For now, this match can be virtual to start with shorter meetups where the friends can create a rapport! By spring, when things open up more, the friends would agree to meet once or twice a month in person with CDC guidelines. At least a one year commitment required. All matches provided with clinical match support by clinical match specialists with experience working with adults with disabilities. Jewish and Non-Jewish male applicants encouraged to apply.
