OC Habitats hosts restoration events several times a month at various locations in Orange County. Currently most of our work is in Upper Newport Bay and Huntington Beach Wetlands. We host our restorations mostly on weekends but also have at least one weekday event once per month. We welcome all volunteers 18 years and older but also welcome families and students as well (waivers must be signed by parent/guardian). We are currently following CDC guidelines by requiring all volunteers to carry face masks, provide their own work gloves, and water as well as maintain a distance of 6 feet or more while working on projects.
