We are looking for a motivated individual to take over the day to day operations of this small nonprofit. Thrive Pro Bono is a 100% volunteer organization currently working to assist populations affected by Covid19 in a variety of ways. Our target populations have included first responders, healthcare workers, children in group homes, survivors of domestic violence, and current programs are focusing on the elderly population and supporting families struggling with online learning.
The organization has a committed and involved board always available to assist and support the ED. The current Executive Director will personally oversee all training and transition processes for the new ED.
Experience with nonprofit management preferable but not required. Management experience highly desirable, but can also train a capable and motivated individual who is highly motivated.
Time commitment: Part-time, very flexible and self-managed schedule.
Start date: ASAP, flexible.

Mission Statement

Our mission is to reduce inequality by bridging the gap between passionate professionals and underserved individuals for more resilient communities.

Description

Thrive Pro Bono recognizes that our society wastes talent, leaves many unserved, and neglects community spaces where these problems can be solved simultaneously. We identify the needs of a community and organize a team of highly-skilled volunteers to address those needs. We provide tutors, dietitians, trainers, therapists, and other services currently out of reach. We are 100% volunteer-run, without our volunteers we would not exist. We believe in improving the lives of everyone we touch. Our volunteers are at the forefront of our mission, we value, nurture, and grow your skills. Join us in making a difference in your life and the life of others.
