Tomorrow Academy is a 100% free online school aiming to end poverty in developing nations. We are looking for assistant teachers who will be assigned to up to 50 students (you can decide the number you want to supervise). As assistant teacher, your job will be to keep in regular contact with student's guardians as well as to administer frequent (most likely monthly) tests to the students. You will be expected to reach out to Tomorrow Academy administrators if there are any issues or questions. You will be expected to grade tests/assignements and enter grades into an online grade book. If you notice students falling behind, your role as assistant teacher will be to notify TA administrators so that we can find them a one-on-one tutor or (if you prefer) so that we know that you will be doing it yourself. You will keep in frequent contact with administrators regarding student performance, guardians, tutoring sessions, etc. You will need to dedicate a small part of your week days to checking in with and answering questions from organizations. (This may take from 5-30 mins. You are welcome to say "I will be available for discussion from _-_ in ___ time zone, and will not reply before or after the allotted times".)
