If you’re a proven marketing leader that is passionate about leading an ambitious and enthusiastic team of young marketing professionals and working cross-functionally to develop multi-channel strategies that facilitate attraction to our mission and growth of programs that will inspire, engage, and empower women, then this is the position for you.
We’re looking for a strategic team leader who can lead our marketing team of 20+ volunteers, while working to develop strategies that enable content that will attract and engage donors, event attendees, members, volunteers, sponsors, and class participants to our mission and programs. You will have the opportunity to work across teams to develop customer centered marketing strategies that will engage female audiences.
The ideal candidate has strong empathy skills and knows how to strike a balance between art and science to execute marketing strategies. You will have a data-driven mindset and a bias for action. You will help 50/50 Leadership continue to facilitate growth strategies to grow our programs nationally while developing new efficiencies and best practices.

7+ years of professional experience, including proven success leading and developing marketing strategies, as well as seeing through execution and analysis.
Lead and support marketing teams (ie - email, graphics, social, digital, PR)
Lead cross-functional efforts between teams outside of marketing (ie, events, website, programs, editorial, video, membership, and board members)
