As an organization, it is important that the Kehilat Food Pantry is able to have a modernize, accessible website. Whether you are experienced in graphic design or are looking to exercise your creativity, this is a great way to volunteer for a great cause. We ask that the website be:

We operate on the basis of treating our clients like family: we do our best to help in any way we can, and we ask our clients to simply pay it forward to help others in their communities. We do not ask for proof of need, only that you are honest, cooperative and respectful.
Description
Kehilat Food Pantry is a Non-Profit Kosher Food Pantry serving the local Queens Community. We operate on an open market concept where clients have the choice of what foods they would like for themselves and their families based on our inventory during each distribution. Since the start of the COVID-19 pandemic, our client numbers have grown tremendously to over 400 clients daily and over 1,200 clients weekly. We have thus ordered more food and hired on additional staff to help with distribution and registration.
