Being a primary caregiver for a hospice patient can be overwhelming, especially when it's someone's own parent or spouse. We need volunteers that can provide some relief for our caregivers' by helping them run errands, do chores, or keep their family member company while they take an hour for themselves. Volunteers play a huge role in improving the quality of life in our patients, so please consider helping!
This position is flexible, depending on what the families need and your own preference for in which ways you want to help.
*We have received a request from a family in need of a volunteer that can sit with patient for 1 hour/week while the caregiver takes a break. If you can help in the Spring, TX area, please reach out!*
