Our world is faced with an unprecedented global health crisis with COVID-19 and it is often nonprofits serving vulnerable populations that encounter the most severe struggles.

United Planet is responding by offering virtual volunteer and virtual internship programs to meet these needs. United Planet, an international nonprofit organization, based in Boston is seeking global virtual interns in more than 20 countries around the world to support nonprofits and social enterprises in areas such as community development, healthcare, environmental sustainability, social entrepreneurship, education, and more from 5 to 40 hours per week over one month to 6 months.

Students and professionals alike with diverse skills, interests, and backgrounds are invited to apply. Remote global internship locations include: North America, Europe, Latin America, Asia, Africa, and the Middle East.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be at least 16
  • 5 to 40 hours per week, 1 to 6 months
  • All interns and volunteers are expected to participate in trainings, attend at least one live session per week with your site supervisor, and work together to set mutually agreed upon work plans.
