Help improve access to SF city services - Dec 2! (Virtual)
ORGANIZATION: Residents Improving San Francisco Digital Services
Please visit the new page to apply.
San Francisco is offering more services online, like getting an SF City ID card, a marriage license, birth certificate, business assistance, or a building permit, applying for affordable housing, or paying a parking ticket. The SF Digital Services team usually hosts at least one research session each month with space for 5 participants in each session.
We are looking for people who live or work in San Francisco (or use City services or websites) to help make City services easier to access online. No advanced computer skills needed! All we need is your feedback. To sign up, visit our website. https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/ResidentsImprovingSanFranciscoCityServices?source=volunteermatch
Here’s how it works:
- Sign up to join our research community (use link above).
- When there’s a relevant study, we will invite you to join a session. The soonest upcoming opportunity we’ll consider you for is on Dec 2.
- Research sessions are a 1-hour video call with a researcher. You’ll review some websites and answer questions.
NOTE: Because of the coronavirus outbreak, all sessions right now are virtual via video call. You will need a computer and high-speed internet.
Sharing this volunteer opportunity would greatly appreciated as well!
